By submitting your application and payment for a vendor space at Día de Fiesta, you acknowledge and agree that your registration constitutes a binding commitment to participate in the festival on October 2–3, 2026.
Vendor space fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, or any other circumstances that prevent participation.
The festival will be held rain or shine. Vendors are responsible for preparing for anticipated weather conditions.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, as a community fundraising event, all vendor fees directly support the planning, operations, and mission of the festival. Therefore, fees will remain with the event regardless of attendance.

Al enviar su solicitud y el pago por un espacio de venta en Día de Fiesta, usted reconoce y acepta que su registro constituye un compromiso vinculante de participar en el festival los días 2 y 3 de octubre de 2026.
Las tarifas por los espacios de venta no son reembolsables ni transferibles. No se emitirán reembolsos, créditos ni transferencias en caso de cancelación, inasistencia, conflictos de agenda, condiciones climáticas o cualquier otra circunstancia que impida la participación.
